It keeps my curls in place during day and night while at home. It stays on my head and at the same time my scalp has air circulation. I wear it with my cpap with no problem. Basic triangle nets to tie around roller sets circa 1960s. Product is as described and works well. Helps to keep air flow around rollers so that your hair can dry without moisture being trapped in your hair like it would if you wrapped your rollers in a scarf.
