There are other picks but this one does the trick.
I have seen people use other picks but we can't talk about that because others might prefer other picks. I use this pick and I find it silky smooth on the strings. You can pick individual strings without a problem. Great for a gig and for different genres of music.

There is absolutely no textured grip or anything to prevent pick from slipping from your hands, so not very useful for fast strumming.
