30 Pack Waterproof Adhesive Patch for Dexcom G6, Waterproof Adhesive, CGM Patches

I ordered these UMTELE Waterproof Adhesive Patches for Dexcom G6 a few weeks ago, but waited to leave a revieew until I have used a few. I have used 3 so far and they are EXCELLENT! I have tried using various medical tapes, clear Tegaderm Films and Skin Tac Wipes, but those each only lasted a few days max. The UMTELE Patches last a full 10 days and would probably last longer if the Dexcom G6 Sensor would last longer than 10 days! The UMTELE Patches are made of cotton and stretch, which makes them very comfortable. They are also easy to pull off when it is time to change the sensor and do not leave a sticky film after they are removed. They stay on after showering and I have only had to dab them with a towel to dry them off. I will continue to use these and find the price to be very reasonable as they come in a resealable package of 30, which should last approximately 10 months.

Been using this product for a couple of weeks now and one bandage holds for about a day. They must be itchy because my son is constantly scratching at them. They are a good bargain for the price though. Most of the other CGM covers like this are more expensive and come with less bandages. They are also pretty water resistant.

These patches really only last two days, and if you get them wet, forget about it. Like everyone buying these, I was hoping they would help my CGM make it the full 10 days (or longer) but these just don't cut it. I am writing this review after making it through half the package, each patch lasting two days at most, even though I shave my stomach and clean the area with rubbing alcohol before applying the patch. The only 'good' thing is that the adhesive is so weak that I can pull them off easily without risk of ripping off my CGM. These can really only be used in emergency cases to help you make it home to then replace with medical tape/ a better patch.

Not what I expected. It stuck pretty good the first time but ever since they're not great. They peel when they get wet or if you move the wrong way. I tried again last night and it peeled up when I moved on the bed and ripped my dexcom out. From my experience it's easier to just not wear the patches over the dexcom. The way the backing is on them is also not very effective. I wish it had a cut in the middle like a bandage to unpeel it a little easier.

Fairly easy to put over the sensor and attach to the skin, but no matter how much you clean the area, they will peel off after 2-3 showers.

I bought these based on reviews and advice from social media. They provide an added level of security for my daughter’s CGM. They have yet to come off prematurely. I highly recommend these. The fit around the Dexcom sensor is perfect.

Adhesion was terrible. Even after cleaning the area, the adhesive wouldn’t stick for very long.Also, the process to getting the tape off of the seal is too hard. There are no pre cut slits or tabs to easily remove the covering. I am reduced to tearing it off sometimes ripping the tape itself.

My only recommendation would be splitting the adhesive cover on the back to make application easier. other than a little extra effort to get the patch on and even/smooth they are working great

Great little addition to my Dexcom G6!I had issues with adhesion on the sensor itself and these here stickers fixed that right up!It's a little hard to line it up perfectly around the transmitter because they're so stretchy however, that's most likely why they stay on so well.

These patches adhere fairly well, but can also be easily removed without damaging skin. The only thing I don’t like about them is that that backing that you remove before adhering the patch to the skin, is not split. This means that you have to remove the entire backing which makes placing the patch correctly without getting stuck properly can be difficult.

This rolls and peels faster then medical tape and they are more money then medical tape. Had to replace it every other day. Wouldn't buy again I'll buy medical tape before I buy these.

Works really well don’t use alcohol on it it sticks a lot better without Make sure you’re sitting down when you put it on I have never had a problem
