What did surprise me though was the addition of a collection of novellas at the end of The Time Machine, which included The Empire of the Ants. A real first class product. An Absolute Joy to Behold.
What a delightful box set this is. I purchased the hardback versions and each book is a pure joy not only to read but also to hold in the hand. Each book is smaller in physical size than one would normally expect, but with its exquisite hardcover you really get the impression you are holding an original copy of each book. The text within is beautifully clear and easy to read on crisp white pages. My favourite HG Wells novel is included (The First Men in the Moon) as well as several of his best known books. What did surprise me though was the addition of a collection of novellas at the end of The Time Machine, which included The Empire of the Ants. A real first class product. I’m so impressed that I plan to get the HP Lovecraft hardback collection by the same publisher.

This is a must have compilation of HG Wells' best stuff for all people interested in sci fi/fantasy/dystopia highly recommend

Beautiful collection.
(Note, This is a short review about the books appearance rather than the content). Beautiful Collection, the writing inside is small, so if you have bad eyesight you might want to find a different collection, but these are compact and beautifully presented, perfectly sized, if you like to take a book to read outside.

Great stories, great set of books
I purchased this for my grandson. The stories are so creative and imaginative, written in the late 19th century, at the dawn of modern technology. Good service by the seller. Books arrived on time and securely packaged ,

Brilliant Quality
Really decent quality. The books are smaller than expected and the writing is too, but the covers are decent and the quality is awesome. I'm really excited to read them when I get a chance.

Good collection
Pleasing cover, however unfortunately pages 66-126 of "The Invisible Man" are printed upside down, in reverse, and fused at the bottom, meaning I'll need to cut them apart and read it upside down since the return date has expired.

Love this set! Wells is one of my favorite authors and when my husband gifted me this set, I fell in love. The books are small, so they're great to bring for some light reading when traveling, and it looks great on a shelf.

Buch kam beschädigt an
Das Buch ist super, wie erwartet. Leider kam es beschädigt an, was sehr ärgerlich war, da es ein Geschenk werden sollte. Amazon wäre bereit gewesen das Buch zurück zu nehmen, habe mich aber dagegen entschieden und das Buch selbst behalten, da das ganze hin und her Geschicke nicht so toll für die Umwelt ist.

Es un clásico, poca reseña puedo poner. Personalmente me gusta mucho y están las historias más relevantes de Wells. Lo disfrutaréis.
