A Must-Have for Staying Hydrated – Especially After Bariatric Surgery! I am so glad I purchased this Squintier Zero Qwik to help me stay hydrated! After having bariatric surgery on 1/6/26, hydration has become absolutely essential, and this product has made such a big difference for me. Anyone who has gone through bariatric surgery knows that staying hydrated is EVERYTHING, and it can sometimes be challenging to drink plain water all day long. This has been a total game changer. The flavor is really great—light, refreshing, and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting like some other hydration products can be. It makes drinking fluids feel enjoyable instead of like a chore. I also love that it’s zero sugar, which is extremely important for me post-surgery. It doesn’t cause any stomach upset, doesn’t feel heavy, and goes down easily, even when sipping slowly throughout the day as recommended. It mixes quickly and easily, with no gritty texture or leftover residue, which is another huge plus. What I appreciate most is how it helps me consistently meet my hydration goals. Tastes delicious and it really does help me when I get dehydration headache they are instantly gone! I will always have them just in case or if I want to drink more than just water so good and good for you!

FIVE STARS? SAY IT AIN'T SO! I bought the Mixed Berry flavor and this was a real good choice. These "sticks" as they're called are small packages of powdered drink concentrate, and they taste great. Easy? Open stick and add to water. How easy is that? 1. I consider this company and it's products to be environmentally friendly as both the outer and inner packaging leaves a very small footprint. 2. The individual "sticks" are only about 1/2" wide and 4" long, making them extremely portable and easy to transport. 3. OMG-this part is so important with packaged products: you can actually tear open the stick easily using your hands-and no, you don't need a chainsaw. YEAH for this feature. 4. Each stick, according to the package, will flavor 16-20 ounces of water. However, I added one stick to a quart and still had great taste. 5. Affordable-about 35¢ per serving. 6. There appear to be approximately 100 Sqwincher variations: flavors, regular, light, stick, pre-bottled, sugar free, etc. I consider the sticks to be the best value for the money. There's only one caveat I feel should be mentioned. My package had only 48 sticks and was supposed to contain 50, so count yours when you get them. BTW the customer rep was great handling this small issue. Last but not least, my single complaint. NOWHERE on the outer package is there anything that says it contains 50 sticks, at least not on the package I got. YES it's true the listing page says 50 but not the package. SQWINCH ON!

Good flavor, a pretty standard drink mix. This is your down the middle electrolyte mix. I work and live in a hotter then average city, and work in a hotter environment, so sweating and depleting myself is common. the price for a bag and quick shipping make it a good choice to keep in your bag/lunchbox, ect.. Just open one single serve pack add to your water bottle and good to go.
