The fabric is a very stretchy knit with the fluffy part stitched in almost like a knotted rug. It is not as dense as a fleece throw which is how it may appear in the photos. However, it is not so sparse as to make the base knit visible. I have not washed it yet so I will see how it holds up to that but so far there doesn't seem to be much in the way of loose fuzz coming off like what happens with cheap fleece blankets. The zipper also seems high quality. Though the zipper pull seems rather large for a pillow. I bought this with their 20 x 130 inch pillow which it fits perfectly. No idea why the name them different. That just makes it confusing. Would definitely buy again. Might pick up a different color after I see how it holds up.Update: after a year of use thit is no longer soft or fluffy. It is badly matted and washing it no longer brings it back to life. Looking elsewhere for a replacement.

The pillowcase seemed to be very high quality and the material extremely soft. My issue is I am a very hot sleeper and just putting it on my pillow I was sweating. I immediately took it off and had to return it because there would be no way for me to actually sleep in something so warm. If you're looking for something warm, soft and cozy this is your case. If you sleep hot, I would go for a cotton one.

The pillow case that came with the pillow did not last through the first washing so I was forced to either buy one or make one. Soooooo- I took a chance and ordered one even though most of the reviews were so-so. It came quickly and it's very comfy. I haven't washed it yet but it looks sturdy enough to make it.

At first i thought the case was way too big but realised that because the pillow can be positioned so many ways, the case actually accommodates that. If the case was exactly the same size, it wouldn't allow free movement or positioning of the pillow itself. This is very, very soft and keeps you very, very warm. Was hesitant to purchase because of price but it was money well spent! Will order a plain cotton case for summer months.

I wiuld highly recommend buying this body pillow case. The product came in on time. It fits the pillow perfectly. I bought this as a extra case to put on in the winter months. It's a very heavy and warm pillow case. I would recommend buying this pillow case.

This is not what I expected. It's huge. I really don't know what size pillow it will fit. Live and learn.
