Don't waste money on these capsules, they really don't work, they quite big so they are hard to swallow, they have awful aftertaste, definitely doesn't help me feel full, just good food plenty of fluids and up the exercise and most of all willpower, sugar free chewing for times of hunger and end up with whiter teeth!! save your money don't buy these, they are rubbish,you can't buy willpower but you can control it without spending any money on rubbish like these
