Our second
Our first lasted almost ten years. Daily use and abuse. Plus, this one is longer than the rest. More space to stack 'em! And the price is reasonable. We say worth it!

It works
I've used a bamboo dish rack for years. I always used to put my silverware in the rack underneath my plates, but then I'd have to hunt for them. I never knew the bamboo utensil rack existed until Amazon popped it up for me and I bought it and it's one of the best purchases I ever made. It wasn't the one that came with the rack because I had an existing rack and it fits perfectly

Yes, it will mold -- and FAST!
The PROS:(1) Great-looking, especially if you have the bamboo strainer. I do, and have been frustrated that I have to lay my utensils on a bar mat after washing them. I did look at stainless steel options (I actually bought one and returned it because it didn't fit on my strainer and was an eyesore) and, well, the superficial side of me won out -- I liked the way this one looked, especially since it matched my wooden strainer.(2) Big enough to easily accommodate all types of different utensils from small spoons to large spatulas. I didn't have any problems with them falling through the gaps on the bottom or sides either.(3) Attached easily to my wooden strainers. I have no idea what brand I have (was a gift), but fits there nicely. The CONS:(1) MOLD! This is my biggest GRIPE! Not 2 weeks went by since it was delivered that I started noticing the black mold growing on the bottom. Why can't anyone (pssst. . . sellers!) easily coat the inside with some kind of varnish or bamboo-colored paint to protect water from stagnating on the bottom and creating all that nasty mold??? Other reviewers had mentioned this issue, but I guess I just thought if I somehow shake the utensils before placing them in there, I would have the issue licked, but no. . . ugh.(2) It's now UGLY: Since I have no varnish or anything to protect it, I bleached the bottom where there was fungus growing and wrapped tin foil all around the inside of it, placing a small folded microfiber square on the bottom to protect it from the water. Every day I take out the microfiber and let one side dry, while I use the other side for my silverware -- kind of a pain, but still not willing to get an ugly metal cup strainer.(3) One of the metal clips that attach it to the strainer is longer than the other side. Not sure why this is (maybe some strainers have one side protruding farther than the other?), but I had to bend the clip down so it wouldn't look lopsided. Not really an issue, but not a positive either. If there was something that prevented the mold/fungus from growing on the bottom, I would probably give the product a 4+

Not a bad product but whoever assembled it had no clue what they were doing!
I like the size and color of this silverware caddy for my dish drying rack but it came with two attached metal arms that were attached at different lengths...really silly mistake to make. My boyfriend had to pull the screws out and drill new holes so the hooks were aligned evenly. The screws that came with this caddy were stripped...weird because they should have been brand new. I'm not satisfied with my purchase one bit.

Quality Wood
The quality of the bamboo is very noticeable. I received compliments from family members which shows how much it stands out. Very sturdy as well.

Silverware slides through
I got this as a replacement for one I've had for years. I don't like how the silverware falls through the slots on this one.

Good purchase
I love this dish rack. Only problem is that it leaves alot of water on my counter and i have yet to find a gopd dish mat to soak it all up. No issues with the rack itself though. Good size and sturdy

Five Stars
Sturdier than the ones I have had before. Bamboo slats are just a bit bigger and stronger.
