However, only received this one on 7th August and 2 weeks later it has crumbled and fallen apart - useless. Despite me not keeping it covered in product or leaving it in the shower.I will add the customer service when I had the issue was good. I explained the issues, sent photos and they suggested that I needed to dry on /near a radiator after use. They even went as far as offering a replacement.
