4 stars not because it is the best quality chair in the world (it isn’t) but it’s more than adequate for the price – 2 chairs for £66 including postage. Once assembled it is sturdy. The finish in some places could be improved with a bit more care during manufacture but nothing too seriously wrong.The back and front come pre-assembled and the user is left to assemble these with 4 cross pieces that are located with supplied wooden dowels and bolts/screws. The seat is then installed using 3 screws. None of these fixing are visible from above.An allen/hex key is supplied but assembly is somewhat easier with a longer key (already part of my tool kit). The cross head screwdriver that is also required is not supplied. I found it a lot easier with a screwdriver that had an 18 inch long shaft. The cross head screwdriver can also be used to drive in the hex headed bolts until they start getting tight to turn at which point the allen/hex key is required. It can be a bit fiddly to fully tighten the bolts.I have also glued all joints for added strength longevity. It took me around 40 minutes to assemble the first chair and around 15 minutes for the secondTips: Some of the dowels may be a tight fit so use a mallet to gently tap them in. Once assembled go round and re-tighten every bolt and screw. When fitting the seat don’t fully insert the first screw before going to the next – just start all three screws so they just bite. This will prevent the seat from going off centre while fully tightening the screws.

The three chairs are very comfortable and look good, easily assembled. Contacted the seller and amazon requesting a replacement leg of chair. This was prechristmas. No solution has been issued its now mid january. Also the box had the name of another company selling the same on amazon

Nice set of chairs, perfect for the kitchen. Unfortunately one of the legs was slightly damaged. After contacting seller a replacement was swiftly sent out and delivered within a few days. Excellent customer service.

I like this chair very much. It's easy to assemble, the quality of the wood is very good, the seat cushion is comfortable, and it's just soft and stiff. Perfect. And I'm also satisfied with the positive efficiency of their customer service.
