Had a lot of hard sediment at the bottom of the bottle when I poured out chemicals. My robot picked it up a day later when it was cleaning the floor. Was a little surprised of the hard sediment. Not sure when I received product if it if it was last years bottles that were left over or just the way the product is. I shook the product for 2 minutes before using.

Salt water pool + heated pool at 90 degrees = calcium build up on salt cell. I was dumping muriatic acid in our pool, constantly checking the water chemistry and could not get rid of the dandruff like calcium flecks in our pool. The buildup on the salt cell plates resembled a Pop Tart the first time I cleaned. The 7404 Maintenance kit has done its job to reduce my stress and provide a clean and balanced pool. Our pool has been flake free for 4 months. The phosphates are consistently low even with altering PH from rain or heavy usage. Just checked the salt cell and it did not need a "soak".
