I bought the KONNET Reflex Dock because I was was looking for one witch I could dock my iPhone 4 with out having to take off the carrying case. Although That's exactly what you can do, the description of the product said for iPhones original, 3G, 3GS, & 4, when I dock my iPhone 4 I get a message saying "this accessory isn't compatible with this iPhone". Another thing is when i try to sync my iPhone with iTunes I get a message saying "Unable to sync due to unknown issue". The only thing good about this dock is that you can charge your iPhone without having to remove the dock.

This cradle does exactly what it's supposed to do and worked perfectly.I wish I'd purchased a unit with a wireless remote of some sort. We're using this to watch TV/Movie programs and a remote would have permitted even easier use. In the meantime, this is a perfectly good solution for watching iPhone video on an entertainment system.

konnet reflex dock pro is a great product the rubberized exterior keeps my iphone in great shape, the extended charging pin connecter is ideal when using my lifeproof ipod 4s case... i would highly reccomend this product.

UPDATE : I am returning this product because i can't seem to get it to work properly. The iPhone says accessory not supported too many times that i don't have patience. I am keeping the below review because maybe i received a defective piece but the feature still hold good.Just got it from Amazon. The built of the product is very sturdy, the cables are probably the best out there with gold plating. I have a iPhone 3GS with a case and it fits nicely with the case. There is a grove rubber backing to give the phone/pod a little support. The USB Cable can SYNC and CHARGE at the same time. The Audio/Video cabels are nicely built with gold plating. I have yet to try them with the entertainment center. The Audio/Video out can be used with both the A/V cabels provided as well as regular stereo headphone. Since the A/V out is meant for a AV cable with three points, you can still use a stereo headphone by inserting it properly so that just the audio points make the connection. Not a hard thing to do at all and the jack is not flimsy that you have to keep on adjusting. Since the dock is meant for connection with an entertainment center, the volume control is not available and the volume controls on the iPhone/iPod don't control it either. Also the Volume Controls on the iPhone/iPod music app or any other music streaming app just disappear as soon as you dock. Th volume out is not very high or very low.. Perfect for a work desk listening if you are listening via headphones. If you have a set of portable speakers, you can control the volume through the speakers. Also the headphone jack on the iPhone is still available for those who want to control the volume. I will try out the A/V cable features tonight and report them too. All in all a good buy if you are looking for a stylish dock which will let you charge, sync with or without case and gives you options for both Audio and Video out all using one dock. Bought a brand new one from a local electronics store. The Look is great but that is all. Where to start the cable that comes with it fell apart the first time i unplugged it to move and re-use. It literally fell apart to where i could see the wires not the usb end but the iphone style plug end. The stand was even worse. The three phone cushions that the phone leans against are junk and come off easy (super glue?). The base where the phone plugs in is not solid it begins to wobbles, becoming unsteady, and gets pushed in a few millimeters on one side and then sits at an angle making the connections bad or un-attainable. This will be the worst item i have ever purchased for an iphone ever. Iphone 4 or 3gs or 3g or........ "JUNK"
