Do u need to mirror my image or is this like traditional waterslide paper where you print as normal and slide the backing off ?

Slide off as normal no mirror needed

Anyone used this with polymer clay? Will it work?

Hello, Yes it will work Best Regards

is there any sticky glue type mess with this paper when putting in water to slide off

Not very messy at all. Just need a piece of kitchen roll, or soft cotton to smooth out the decal.

Can anyone recommend something to seal the decals to mugs after application to make them more durable?

Please note that decals are considered more decorative than for use on everyday objects. Some of our customers seal decals with Mod Podge, which has a really long cute time to be considered dishwasher safe. We recommend you follow the manufacturer's safety instructions when handling and research if it is considered food safe.
