clams looked great, shipping was about a week ahead of the original date, the clams are shipped in 2 bags with water inside a another larger insulated pouch, i didnt notice the second bag and reached out to the seller then right after i spotted the second bag and felt like an idiot.

The clams arrived alive, but after 2 weeks all died. They were in 2 different tanks that are well regulated. Sad!

All looked ok on arrival. Placed into 2 separate tanks. All but 2 seemed to have borrowed under the sand I'm guessing that is a good sign. I hope the others help me clean up the tank. I have alot of snails in there for my carnivorous fish in my other aquariums.

Purchased for my outdoor pond. Very small, young mussels, not sure that they will be of much assistance. Arrived alive, but not one bigger than 50 cent piece most dime to quarter in size. Have gotten much more mature mussels in past that I can check on activity. Probably good in an aquarium but not sure I would order again for my pond, real danger of losing them when I vacuum leaves.

My worries of receiving dead clams was very high up there. But the moment I received the package I immediately went to get them out! They didn't open up until I gave them some fresh water in the mix of what they already had and put into a dark room. I was so happy that they were alive and left them to adjust before I released them into my pond that I had created. I was more than happy that I didn't have to wait much longer as it's really worrisome to see that the animals are in transit for more than 4 days! But other than that... They were all perfectly safe and alive. I had 27 clams which was a happy surprise as this was an order for 15 clams and all 27 clams where alive.

I’ll be honest ordering live clams off Amazon I was skeptical….. The box arrived, the ice pack wasn’t cold and the water was warm, I expected the worst…. Feeling hopeful I pouring the clams into my fish tanks…. Every single one is alive and they are doing their job filtering the water! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

They came in two bags loose in a box lots of room to slosh around, they all had pretty chipped shells ,all were closed still so put them in tanks asap only one showed signs of life all but 2 have died since they arrived and I anticipate they will be dead by tomorrow, not impressed
