Organizational Behavior 7th Edition

This is a great textbook. However, I have found that it is much more useful to have it in dead tree format. My class relied heavily on reading the chapters multiple times and studying the key terms and various models.

Very good and easy reading. Material is easy to understand and the chapters are all very informative and relevant. Had to get for a management class and it served its purpose

I needed the book for an organizational behavior class and it's an easy to read book with good information. I rented the book. It came in great condition! And for a good price.

OK textbook. The book has a lot of examples and case studies but not a lot of theory and actual concrete ideas. I find it hard to use to discuss theory.

The eTextbook makes no mention of the need to purchase an online access code necessary for the assessments throughout the book that professors ask students to complete.
