Ok, so let me start by saying that overall this is one of the best manga ever written, in my opinion. A somewhat hidden gem. The character development was so rich...I cared about every character, and my feelings about them individually evolved as the story progressed. To me, that is the main component to any story. Even a mediocre plot becomes a great story when the characters are unique and deep and memorable. Dorohedoro has my favorite character lineup of any manga...and at 34 years old and having started reading manga in my youth, I’ve read my fair share. Further adding to this component is the artwork. It’s so gritty and gruesome and stylistically just really cool.Beyond the characters, the worlds (sorcerer’s in particular) were living and breathing. Had a lot of depth and nuance to them. The divide between the two was excellently composed.The plot will have you at the edge of your seat, flipping page after page until the end. However, I can admit I was somewhat disappointed in the ending. I understand it, but some stages leading up to it were pretty convoluted and I’d even say unnecessary, while other aspects I feel left more to be desired. As I said previously, the characters are the lynchpin of this manga, so I think the main plot could have reached its conclusion a bit earlier and the remaining volumes should have given the characters more fleshed out individual/group endings...because by the end, despite all the challenges that were faced with a new enemy, it didn’t sit well with me that everyone who had previously spent basically the entire series as mortal enemies just returned to their respective lives and lived happily ever after.All things considered, I loved it. And will recommend this to every fan of this genre!

Last year I saw the 1st season of the anime on Netflix. I was hooked. But it's unclear if they're going to continue the anime. Naturally wanting more I went to the Manga. And I'm so glad I did. This has to be one the most unique stories I've ever read in my life. From the action, storyline, and intriguing character development, this has become one of my all time favorites. Although it wasn't the ending that I think most of wanted or expected, it non the less is an overall awesome read. I hope more and more ppl discover Dorohedoro and I hope they decide to adapt the rest of the manga into the complete anime series.

This is the largest volume of Dorohedoro and it makes me happy to know it will have plenty of space to reach a conclusion. The series as a whole is incredible with well thought out characters, amazing artwork and an original story that keeps you in suspense till the very end. I hope they make this series into an animation eventually I think it would be an instant hit. There's a soundtrack also check it out on Youtube, Igorrr - Dorohedoro love this song fits the feel of the manga perfectly. 5/5 Would and have recommendedUpdate: This now has been animated on Netflix!

This is one of the best endings to any manga that I’ve ever read. One of the best books in my collection. No regret purchasing it.

Back to the beginning… as weird as it felt when it started.I’m sad it’s the end, but what an end.

I have a Dorohedoro tattoo on the side of my bicep :O the series is SO CREATIVE, it's been such an inspiration to me! This book brings all the tears of joys out, wraps up all the plots and characters in the PERFECTLY sweet way. This is the most surreal, grungy, dark, heartwarming manga in existence. Read all 23 volumes and enjoy the wild ride.

Finalmente terminei a leitura de Dorohedoro. E com certeza este já é um dos meus mangás favoritos.Os pontos mais positivos da obra são o traço de Q Hayashida, que é muito bonito, e os personagens cativantes. Infelizmente, depois da metade a história dá uma "caída", o que é normal em mangás que levaram muito tempo para concluir, sem contar as trocas de revistas que esse mangá sofreu no Japão.E eu tenho uma história muito particular com esse mangá. A primeira vez que li foi em 2010 graças a um dos vários scanlators que existiam na época. Eu estava em busca de uma história violenta e cheia de sangue, coisa típica de um adolescente edgy. Infelizmente não concluí na época pois tive q me dedicar a outras coisas (curso técnico, faculdade e etc...). Então, para mim, terminar Dorohedoro foi quase como uma pagar uma dívida de longa data. Finalmente posso dizer que não tenho mais essa pendência.A Panini publicará esse título em 2021. Para mim foi uma grande surpresa, afinal, achei que nunca chegaria aqui, por isso escolhi importar a coleção. Espero que em breve tenhamos uma fanbase mais consolidada no Brasil e que mais pessoas possam apreciar essa obra.
