Most zinc supplements are WAY over the RDA. So you take one every _____ days. But you’re OD’ing when you take it. These approximate the RDA so that they can be taken regulary. MUCH smarter way to supplement.

Haven't had this long enough to say if I'm reaping any benefits but I was asked to leave a review. Currently I'm having no issues with this and its convenient that it doesn't bother me to take on an empty stomach. I had a hard time finding such a low strength in zinc because everyone markets at 30 and higher but research has shown me that for adult women the safe recommended amount is only 11 mgs. Very happy I could find with this seller and without a bunch of filler ingredients.
