This was really easy to install. Works really well on the pivot and the hose extends easily and retracts without any issue. We have ours connected to both hot and cold water for rinsing the dogs down after a muddy walk and have had no issues other than the dogs running away from us as they know what's coming!!

Straightforward, robust and simple To place on the wall. The product is great In comparison to a well-known brand that is three times the price.The handheld plastic sprayer is excellent. Do not leave outside in the winter as the next time you use it water go everywhere as the plastic will split.

The reel still working. But the spray frooze on winter and had leakage. I was able to replace it though with another durable spray gun.

This worked absolutely perfectly for the 4 months we used it over summer 2020 - we have fake grass and no plants. It was used to dampen the grass once a week - so absolute minimal use. Stored as you would any other wall mounted hose over winter. Tried to use it earlier this week (April 2021) and there are 5 or 6 splits by the trigger so water is spraying out everywhere. It is obviously not something we have done, but the seller has no interest in helping with this issue as - I've just found out - they only provide 6 month warranties - a clear indication the product isn't the best, as a 6 month warranty is unusual in the UK. Despite claiming they want 100% customer satisfaction, it couldn't be further from the truth. I've got 4 months of minimal use out of this product - and it's not even a year old. It cost £84.99 when we bought it. I've spoken with Amazon who although can't help as it is a private seller, nonetheless they contacted them to complain on my behalf and even they have expressed surprise at the 6 month warranty. I'll be taking this further as it's just daylight robbery, but please don't waste your money.

Comes with all the essential to mount it on wall, has a good pull to recovery the pipe, good nozzle, and it was below £50 which was a bonus, the connections to water and nozzle need to be tightened up well to avoid the falling off due to too much pressure. The jet position of the nozzle reaches 6/7m distance, quite interesting!

My son in law says it's superb, and he's fussy.
