Does this cot make a lot of different creaking type noises when moving around to a different sleeping position?

I took my cot camping and to the beach and have slept on it a total of four nights. I did not hear anything. It’s so comfortable. I place an air pad on top and it’s heaven sleep. Also, the first time you set it up will be the hardest to get the bars in because of the tension. After it will become easier. I love this cot so much. It’s my second cot from this company. Ive had their previous model for two years now and have taken it everywhere, and it’s my favorite. And now this model is even better in its ease of set up. I love this company. I also have two of their chairs and an awesome roll away table. You will love this cot I’m sure.

Can you buy extension legs to make it taller?

I haven't seen any, so most likely, no. Cot is very stable and the seams are holding up so far after ten nights on it. I have a sewing machine in case anything starts to rip out.
