Gel Capsules Empty Size #2 100 count

I used to easily get pills in my dog by hiding them in peanut butter but she's recently lost interest in it, leaving me searching for an alternative. Pill pockets aren't a good option because she tends to chew them....not ideal when a pill is bitter. Sooo, I now crush her pills and put them in these capsules. They've been easy to put in the back of her throat and she has no problem swallowing them, which was my biggest concern. The capsules are quite small and a bit of a challenge to get the crushed pills into them, but I made a small funnel out of paper and it's worked out fine. I think you can also buy mini funnels on Amazon, if you don't want to go the home-made route :)

We bought these capsules to help us with medicating our cat. She takes a daily medication that's very bitter. Giving it to her as-is causes her to drool horribly for about 20 minutes. We're now able to crush the pills into a powder to put into these capsules. They work great. With a little of our help, our cat swallows them down without issue. The only caveat with these capsules is that they're slightly difficult to fill. This is due to their small size. My wife is able to fill them, as she's far more delicate than I am. If you have trouble negotiating with very small objects, I recommend you purchase a pill/capsule filling kit.

Cannot convey enough our gratitude for these capsules for our 17 year old, nervous dog with arthritis. Nothing worked to fool her into taking her medication, be it tablets or any other form. The capsules completely disguise the taste of her medication. They slide right down, covered with cream cheese, Vienna sausage, or Pill Pockets. Thanks a million!

My cat was put on two pills and I was also sold empty capsules at the vets (easier to put in two pills in one container and give to the cat once). When I needed another package I looked the brand up on here, and this is the exact company the vet uses, except of course, much cheaper on Amazon. I did look at other (cheaper) brands, but I really, really liked that these said they dissolved so quickly (5 to 10 minutes) and I couldn't find any information on how quickly other brands dissolved. What is the point of a pill if it can't get into the system? Very pleased with these.

I have used these capsules for years for administering pet medications. They always arrive in good condition and on time. I like the "lock" feature on the capsule where once the capsule is filled with medication, the top can be pushed onto the bottom where it kind of "clicks" into place where it will not accidentally fall off.

These are fantastic! My cat has an issue taking his one stomach medication! It is bitter and it nauseates him! I did research and these were suggested by someone that their cat has same issue

These are perfect for pilling your pet, easy to fill, safe for pet and easy to administer. Using this for my cat with a heart condition and he must take multiple medications (make sure they can be mixed together first).

The #3 capsules are just right to put your Kitty's medications in.I also purchased a plunger and giving meds just got alot easier!
