Few notes about this one.I went for the more expensive kit (40 vs 25) because of the design of the wire tape. When putting an iPad screen back together it makes all the difference. Just remember before you peel the adhesive off the wire tape, make sure you remove the inside protective screen cover. Which means do that last. It doesn’t seem like the wire tape will clear the edge of the case, but it does once folded over and firmly stuck in place to the backside of the LCD.Looking at the adhesive provided it appears to only have 3 edges. It’s deceptive, the left and right sides look like 1 because they are right next to each other. Each piece is one long edge and 1 corner.You need to be extra careful with the home button ribbon cable because with this kit you need to reuse it. Unlike the new snap style connection the touch screen and LCD use, the home button cable still uses the old latch style connection like on older devices. All the connections are under the plate which holds the LCD connection. The kit includes extra 3m adhesive which I used to reattach the home button bracket. I also laid the bracket for the home button in the frame then laid the screen in place to get the right orientation for the bracket. If you take a chance when you go to close it up the final time it could interfere with the frame.Good luck and have a nice sharp razor to get all the old adhesive off. Just be careful around the antennas. They cut easy and are slightly higher than the frame edge when uncompressed.As for the tool kit with this screen - it’s a joke. If you are counting on using it you will be disappointed. I’m sure it will work but Jesus man, for $40 bucks toss in some nicer tools. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I needed and got exactly what I purchased *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2022* I’m completely happy I was able to replace my screen under $15. My fix was even better than the first professional fix I had on my tablet the first time around it cracked. Unfortunately I the corner cracked again at some point so I’ll be purchasing another on today. After hours of removing the broken glass I had to troll through the Youtube videos to find instructions as they were NOT provided in this kit. It took a while but I was able to replace the screen and the touch screen worked but......there was not any adhesive on the new glass, there were these weird little double sided adhesive strips that were USELESS!!! I would definitely not recommend this product for glass replacement. I am adept at repairs and replacing the glass on the iphone and have replaced an ipad glass before so this is not my first rodeo.
