Not organic.Listing showed 25 lbs bag. At checkout, received the warning "warning, one or more of your items had been changed" or something similar. Received a 5 lbs non-organic flour pack but was still charged same price as the 25 lbs bag.

I always look for this company's flour because it is the best, in my humble opinion. This company makes their products with wholesome ingredients, made in the USA and I appreciate this. You get value for your $. My cakes always come out beautifully! I highly recommend this product.

Found this to be the best sourdough bread making flour I’ve used so far. I’ve used both organic and regular of this and they both work the best for my sourdough starter.

Quality product

The description said organic but the flour arrived, and alas it is not organic. My husband can use but I can not. The picture accompanying the description is accurate - that is what came - however we did not look closely at the picture, only the description. Buyer beware. At least it's unbleached, but still.....

This is my go to flour. I use it for everything. The quality has always been amazing. Compared to other flours the taste of this is better. The baking ability is better. You pay slightly more for it, but it’s just better..
