Tangy, Addictive, and Vegetarian-Friendly—You Can’t Go Wrong!
Let’s be honest—Skittles Crazy Sours are one of those snacks that never disappoint, and this 136g pouch hits the sweet (and sour!) spot every time. I keep a pack handy for movie nights, road trips, or just when I need a quick pick-me-up—and being vegetarian-friendly means I can enjoy them guilt-free.Why they’re a favourite in my snack drawer:Sour Kick Without Being Overpowering – There’s a perfect balance of zing and sweetness. It gives you that sharp little punch at first bite, but it quickly mellows into the fruity Skittles flavour we all know and love.Great Mix of Flavours – Each colour has its own distinct twist, and no two bites feel the same. I usually end up grabbing a few at once and letting them melt in my mouth—best way to enjoy the mix.Vegetarian Friendly – As someone who checks ingredients carefully, I appreciate that these don’t contain any gelatine or animal products. Simple pleasures without compromise.erfect Size – The 136g pouch is just right—not too small, not too large. Resealable would be nice, but let’s be honest… they don’t usually last long enough for that to matter.Pro Tip:Keep a pouch in your bag or desk drawer—you never know when a sour-sweet craving will strike. Also a hit with guests or as a quick treat for the kids.

You don't get a lot compared to the old days.
However it does cost cheaper currently at £1.20 a bag, they aren't that small, they are just not full to the top of the bag, but I see this as a good thing, cheaper produce= less produce = less sugar in your body. I'd only have these after training because I know everything in the world. I'm king of sports, the reason behind taking any sugar should be always after moving the body, exercising or working hard during the day, and at the end of your work to eat moderation amount of sugar not too much, your body produces it's own sugar via gluconeogenesis, when the body produces it from proteins and fats, and it occurs in the liver and kidneys. So there's no need to eat too much sugar per day but when you do have any carbs it should be after being exhausted from work or training, your body won't store it as fat, and will reward you instead by helping you look big or get a rounded bum at the gym depending on your calorie level higher calories = more size, lower = leaning.Anyways and will restore your glycogen instead which is your energy storage which is storage for sudden need for glucose, which then turns into ATP, that which is the source of energy at the cellular level that humans use for everything in life ie/ moving the body, lifting using energy basically. So yeah in small amounts these can actually benefit sports nutrition. Just not healthy to have too much, so enjoy the cheaper price for less, find the good in life. Always remember my motto Carbs from sugar always after exercise of some kind.p.sI just saw the ingredients and took a star off, wish it didn't have maltodextrin in it or any of that, it makes your food addictive and spikes your blood sugar levels making you eat more of everything.
