My product delivered was in great condition. It's working fine. First time buyer of ultra. I hear a lot about about this ultra product as it's a long lasting. Hope it does the same. But only one cons, the plastic material seems little delicate. So hope needs to use carefully.

New Ultra wet grinder model body as well as top lid is made out of delicate plastic material especially top lid/cover is not getting closed 100% thereby creating spillages

These people are the pioneers in wet grinders for a reason. The product is damn sturdy. A must to have in every kitchen. The power is so awesome that the batter gets ready in less than 40 minutes (whole process). Good one to have.

It's like plug & play. Play means you can carry any other work, no need to worry about monitoring the total process.

Worst packing. Not packed at all. We are buying the item for Rs 9300 but the seller doesn't care. We used to have high opinion on Ultra but now the manufacturing quality has drastically come down. We could see gum paste clearly on the edges. We have not received a quality product. I simply request buyers to go for other brands and refrain from buying ELGIUltra products. Having purchased this now I am planning to return this now and will update this review based on the updates.

Product looks good, and performance also fine,but missing batter cleaner and spatula in the box . Bad experience with Amazon first time.
