I almost never write product reviews but this shower caddy deserves to be highlighted. I purchased it in 2018 and it has done exactly what it's supposed to do, year after year. Because my shower is ceramic (which is breathable/porous), I had to install it by using the two adhesive pads, and then attaching the suction cups to those pads. The adhesive pads are great: easy to put on and they provide a great surface for the suction cups. About once a year--no more often than that--one of the suction cups detaches itself. When it does, however, the other one is strong enough to keep the whole thing attached to the wall. All I have to do is re-attach the loose cup, which takes about ten seconds, and I'm good to go for about another year. One of the nice features of this caddy is that it swings away (tilts up) from the wall for cleaning/drying: no need to detach anything from the wall. I can imagine this shower caddy lasting many more years, as it is very well constructed. All products should be made this well and be as maintenance-free. Obviously, I recommend it without reservation.

Having had many conventional suction-cup shower baskets in the past, I was pleased to find this product that advertised a more innovative - and seemingly secure - method of attachment. I was not disappointed! I cleaned and prepped my bathtub's smooth tile walls according to directions and pressed the suction cups into place. The screw caps secured the basket, while at the same time increased the suction against the tiles. It took some muscle to turn the screws and it took more turns than I'd anticipated to finally lock them in tightly, but I haven't had to tighten them since the installation. The basket has been up for a couple of weeks and it isn't budging! I love the fact that it has such a tight hold without an adhesive, so will leave no residual marks on my tiles when I do decide to remove the basket. (It does, though, come with adhesive backings for installations on non-smooth surfaces.) Also love that it accommodates shower/shampoo bottles and bar soap, and also has two sets of hooks that are great for a razor, washcloth, loofah, etc. Watching the manufacturer's installation video was a great help and made the installation a breeze; I found the written instructions a bit minimalist and confusing. Wonderful, attractive, functional product!

We've had these for a few months now. We use the suction cup instead of the adhesive backing. There have been only 2 instances where the suction failed and everything crashed to the floor. That could have been due to user error though, hard to say. Regardless these have otherwise been fantastic little holders and the oil rubbed bronze matches deliciously with items from other manufacturers like moen or delta.

After using daily for a year I can safely say this product is extremely well built and sturdy. The suction cups are incredible. I installed and kept tightening the knobs as instructed for at least 24 hours, which was easy, before putting any weight in the basket. The material never rusted or moved from its original install location. Where the product really shines is the removal. In past apartments I've use the sticker adhesive caddy's and fought tooth and nail to remove the adhesive. This caddy took 10 seconds to unscrew the knobs and layer by layer pull off the pieces from the wall with no marks or leftover residue. Highly recommend!

Okay so this is the 3rd place I’ve moved in four months (job relocation & planning to move overseas) these are legit. I’ve taken them down and put them back up over and over again & theyre great! Only complaint - I wish it came with extra plastic pieces for when these fall off (pics included) one pair of mine the plastic pieces fell off and I worry about it it scratching the shower wall but it’s been gone for months and hasn’t scratched a thing! they haven’t fallen either I just clean the suction cups when I removed them and clean the wall and restick on the new location.

Do not buy this. The product is not work as advertised, and Amazon and the seller do not stand by the product, and will not accept your return. Also if I could give less than one star to this company I would, but Amazon forces you to at least give one star. I absolutely hate this product. I just spent thousands of dollars to remodel my bathroom, and this stupid thing fell off the wall and put a gouge in my brand new bathtub. I should have known better, we have brand new tile on the wall I cleaned it thoroughly and put this on the wall and it fell off the first day. I thought maybe I'd done something wrong so I went back and scrub the walls, then clean the suction cups, and put it back on the wall again. It's stayed up a week or so and then I heard a loud crash. We had no idea what it was, it scared my wife half to death. Eventually we figured out it was this thing. The only things that were on it was my wife's shaving cream and razor, they barely weigh anything. There's no way I'm putting this back up again, so I decide to return it. Guess what it's only been a few weeks since I bought it, and Amazon / the seller says this item is not eligible for return. So furious, Amazon used to take care of their customers, and it had very few problems but I never worried about it because I knew something was wrong I could return it. Apparently not anymore, and apparently this company doesn't stand behind their product. Don't make the same mistake I did, buying this product can destroy your bathroom.

This item came early and is very good looking. I had a little trouble withe the right suction not wanting to stay attached, finally success. The next day when I went to check & out things in the basket the left side was dangling. So I started over with attachment process. Seemed successful- yay- but for only 2 days. So Disappointing 😕

This is a very sturdy holder for your shampoo, exfolliating gear, etc. Has a moveable cradle hook for your razor, and the soap holder is large enough to hold a big huge man sized bar. The suction cups are beyond excellent and hold indefinitely on glass. Just make sure the glass is clean first. In fact never has fallen once in owning this item now over a year. I recommend this great shower item and would definitely purchase again.

Bought this a few months ago. In that time, it fell off the wall once, probably due to my error. Suction is very good. Good gauge of metal. Cleans well. No signs of rust yet...

This is brilliant, I have 4 heavy bottles of shampoo etc in it and its still on the wall, so great suction, would definitely recommend.
