A: it should not have a sour taste to it, it is very rich in flavour, and can be stored out of the fridge, once open i always store it in the fridge hope this answer helps

I love chocomel and have done from when I lived in Holland back in the early to mid 90's. Very difficult to get hold of in the uk so Amazon is one way of getting it. But it's very expensive (I know it wasnt cheap in Holland I know I use to save my builders like mad to buy it) but then nothing compares to chocomel.Perfect just as it is but goes superb with honey nut cornflakes. The best chocolate drink ever. The product is always deliv8in tip top condition with a good shelf life (not that it lasts in my house) delivery is always prompt. I always buy from this retailer as they are just spot on everytime. But expensive but worth every penny for every drop.
