Delicious. Great flavor

Great Taste, great Quality!!! The USPS messed up with my orders, the shipping is not trust worthy, but luckily AMAZON IS!!! So they fixed everything, and now I am waiting for my next package of Chistorra to arrive TODAY. I cook this with Tequila and tastes GREAT. This is a MEXICAN sausage.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I was super exited since I haven’t had chistorra since I was in Spain a few years ago. Being Spanish and my favorite when I’m in Spain. Definitely not the same. Very Hard. Ate some and threw out the rest. My wife and kids also did not like it. Flavor was good but very hard

If you come from Spain as I do, this will definitely seem overpriced. However, if you are eager for a bite of real Spanish taste, make yourself some breakfast or even, better, a fine sandwich with french roll or ciapatta, this will certainly please your buds. And if you are new to the flavor, then it's totally worth it, forget about italian fac-similes, this tastes distinctly Spanish.

I purchased the same product from another seller and it was tough. I thought I'd give it another try in case the previous batch was old or something. Sadly, this is just as bad. It's extremely tough, all I can compare it to is biting into an old piece of licorice or shoe leather. This is Nothing like the chistorra I've gotten in Spain. I wish it was legal to bring it back from Spain, I'd rather spend the money to go there and get it instead of wasting money on this brand. The only reason I gave it any stars is because the flavor is decent, just difficult to chew. :(

Some complained about the grease generated when cooked. Easy fix - heat the sausage in a pan, then degrease. Problem solved. How difficult is that? Overall a great tasting sausage when used for tacos, tapas, and flavoring rice and stews.

No flavor so nasty texture horrible and if is posible I need my money back
