Adjustable pillow
This is my 2nd Kally adjustable pillow. They are very comfortable, I use with 3 pads in & no other pillow, as a side sleeper I find it just right. The only downside being, as the pads have hollow fibre inside they tend to flatten after a year or so. The pads are washable & I usually swap the unused one in after washing. Washing is easy in the washing machine & the whole pillow is of good quality. I’m not going back to feather pillows, which flatten quickly, any time soon

A dream pillow for side sleeper
Purchased to replace some old duck feather pillows.... Wow... First night with a new pillow for me has always been a pain... Takes time to sleep get comfortable... With this... The first night was bliss... I'm a guy who sleeps on his side and put 4 inserts in first of all and realised this was too much.. Removed one and fell asleep almost instantly. Would thoroughly recommend and if it continues to keep fluffy etc then ill be well chuffed

Good concept
Good concept. Filling feels strange and is a little lumpy. Filling is also insubstantial and needs 2 + sections for any support.

Fine until you wash it!!!
Use two inserts because of neck problems and after washing the two inserts for the first time, found that the foam inside had all bunched up, improved somewhat on tumbledrying but still had to kneed and pull to manage to get the proper shape back, which is NOT much fun with arthritis hands and wrists. Would I buy again - NO

No support awful pillow
Very thin pillows sqeezed into one case even with all for very soft and no support waste of money

cheap and nasty filling total waste of money
Totally overpriced for what is basically three nasty cheap pillows (only thinner) in one package. A total waste of money.

Comfortable
This is a great idea for a pillow as depending how you feel each night you can adjust it. I suffered from a bad neck in the morning with my old pillow but not anymore.
