I got the medium sized collar because they said that the collars will fit small to medium sized dogs and cats. I have no doubt that it will fit any size cat, I guess unless you own an extra-large cat like a Savanna but, I feel like it is safe to say that the small collar would fit most small cats, maybe 7lbs. or any tiny dog like a Chihuahua or a Yorkie and the medium collar would probably work on, say a Mini Pinscher or a mini Dachshund but, it wouldn’t even wrap around the neck of my 22lb. Boston terrier.
