Great sauce flavor wise, but not sure if it's something I'd purchase again or regularly because of the cost. For flavorful sauces that aren't very spicy, as this is, I find I can blow through the entire bottle in just a few meals. Fairly small bottle, chunky sauce with an earthy, tangy and unique fermented chile flavor that was kind of hit/miss with certain foods but on its own or on chips or milder flavors is fantastic. Went through half the bottle in about 2 days and if this were significantly hotter, or cheaper I might find it'd last longer or be cheap enough that I didn't mind going through it so quickly.

What is not to love about this? Hot sauce with complexity! Tangy, sweet, and SPICY! I will add this to any store bought BBQ sauce to make it have more kick and flavor.Bottom LineIt’s one of those hot sauces that can go on a pulled pork sandwich and a banh mi, it can go on gumbo and chili, it can go on a taco and pad thai.

I LOVE THIS. Filipino american here! I grew up a good portion of my life in the Philippines. To any Filipinos, this tastes like pinakurat but in a paste form is the best way I'd explain it. I love the pili and the taste of kalamansi. Tamarind (sampalok) is faint but there. A good amount of heat, which I personally love. I wouldn't say this is a hot sauce on pizza or wings type of hot sauce more of an asian bbq dipping sauce or for your "silog" meals. Would buy again and again!

Discovered this hot sauce at a recent health and wellness show from the owner himself, Jason. I was already a huge fan of his Pili nuts that I had to try the hot sauce!! I was so bummed they were sold out already but super stoked to be able to find it just a few weeks later on Amazon!! The hot sauce is amazing and I love hot sauce so I am hard to please in this category! Clean ingredients, tastes great, perfect amount of spice and overall the company is just fantastic! My order came super fast and in the package was a sweet surprise of a bag of Pili nuts!! Thanks Jason for making such a great tasting and clean product! I have been putting it on everything since it arrived !

I'm a big-time hot sauce nerd and I thought I had tried everything. Buyo is a totally unique flavor, I've never had anything like it, goes with red meat, squid, shrimp, chicken, broccoli, pasta. Can't promise you'll love it, but just try it, you'll never have another shot.

I enjoy a good hot sauce but one with flavor too is a plus, plus. I'll buy again.

This is what I call a gourmet vinegar. Very tasteful and adds umami to dishes that requires vinegar. This for me is a good purchased. I will buy again. Two thumbs way up 👍🏽👍🏽
