What are the super small lines inbetween the mm's? Can't see.

This is marked out in cm and the increments of mm.

how wide is the ruler?

Large on is 28 mm; small one is 18 mm

stupid question but, 1 edge is inches, other edge is cm correct? and the marks inbetween each cm are mm marks correct, so it measure mm, cm, and inch?

One side is marked with inches and each inch has 16 marked segments per inch. Those markings are between numbers 4 through 12. The one inch mark through 3 inch marks are divided into 32 marked segments per inch. The three to four marked inch area is divided into 64 increments. The CM side is done similarly with the first 10 being segmented into tiny segments and the next 20 are larger more readable segments. I hadn't noticed these unique smaller markings until I looked to answer your question. There is also an inch to mm conversion chart on the opposite side of the ruler. It is stainless hardened stainless steel. A very nice ruler and it has a little hole at the top, so that you can hang it on a peg or nail or push pin. It slightly bends when a little pressure is applied, but has a nice weighty feel.

can this ruler be cleaned with water or dishwasher due to using in kitchen

3-10-22 I've had mine 9 months. I have the dark pink. It can be washed, I'm not sure about the dishwasher. I've wiped mine with rubbing alcohol at least twice and it's perfectly fine.
