Tasty Bite Kashmir Spinach, Ready to Eat, 10 Ounce, Pack of 6, Microwavable Entrée in Light Curry Sauce, Vegetarian (Packaging May Vary)

We have Tasty Bites every week. It's delicious, vegetarian and so easy to heat up in the microwave. There's enough spice for rich flavor, but not too hot. The cost per serving makes it cheaper than making from scratch and no pots and pans to clean afterwards. We like it with some white rice and naan for an easy and tasty dinner. All of the Tasty Bite varieties have been excellent, but this is my husband's favorite. We've tried other brands, but Tasty Bites is the best all around.

Love these Tasty Bites. So handy to have around. Simple to make and love the taste.

Very wet. Makes me want to simmer for a while to reduce it. Flavor is good with very mild spice. Unpleasant texture. Best mixed with something absorbent like rice.

tasty, a nice lunch snack

Tastes okay... Not really a paneer taste. It tastes more like a soft tofu.

I love authentic palaak paneer, but TB's Kashmir Spinich is a travesty. Out of a box of 6, two were watery runny (mostly separated out sludge & discolored liquid). One of these two had a faint taste of tea tree oil. Rancid? Had to spit out & toss. The fried cheese in 4 bags could hardly be considered traditional cubes, unless you think sugar cube sized lumps of cheese are traditional. Also, potentially unhealthy (but cheap) sunflower oil (used in all TB products) must be health mitigated by manually adding some healthy oil (like EVO, avocado or even fish/mussel oil), in order to compete with sunflower oil fat for uptake in live cell membranes. (Sunflower oil can be predominantly onega-6, undesirable, or predominantly omega-9, less undesirable. Which is it?) If you're diabetic or allergic to sunflower oil, best steer clear of this. There is no way to truly fix this garbage. It's a total fail. Repeated calls into TB's/PBI's Heather Mollings v-mail went completely unreturned. So much for "consumer relations." [See update 2, below.] UPDATE: Did I write sugar cube sized fried cheese cubes? In last 2 pouches, more like 1/4 sugar cube sized cube-like pieces. I've had bigger tofu crumbles. UPDATE 2 [mid-Sep 2022]: In conversation with TB/PBI, they admit that Kashmir Spinach is a watery (their word) product. I countered that traditional palaak paneer is creamy, not sediment & separated water, & that the traditional cubes of fried cheese are considerably larger than what I got. TB/PBI does not know whether they use omega-6 or omega-9 sunflower oil; they will find out & let me know. TB/PBI are considering using healthier oil(s) but have made no such decision. That TB/PBI is looking into these matters is reassuring, but it doesn't change the Kashmir Spinach that I got.

Quality brand. I had a hankering for this dish and this took care of it.
