This part was to replace the bad motor in the furnace of a new house I just purchased. It was an easy swap. Came exactly as pictured. I had heat back in my house the instant it fired back up. If you're suspect of a bad motor make sure you read the LED errors your furnace may have for you to verify before spending. When checking out with this supplier be sure you're clear of the date of your order, processing time and actual shipping. I ended up paying more for shipping than I actually got because of the holiday, and this company does not reimburse for that.Overall happy with the new part, has been working solid for 1 month now.

A year after installation the motor began squealing. Started out with a minor squeal but only got worse over the course of a couple weeks. Sounds like a bearing failure. Would not order again. (ordered a replacement from another company).

My furnace is working fine now. The only problem we had was the silicone went all over the place and couldn't be used, so the repair man had to go get silicone and returned to repair the water leak.However, it feels good to have heat.

Easy install - 4 screws plus the vent fitting to hold it in place. Replaced a couple drains/tubes. Plugged the wiring harness in and it fired right up.My furnace had tight clearances to get to the screws, but an extension on the screwdriver worked great. No replacement screws, spacers, hoses etc are included, so be careful pulling the old ones off so you don't damage them.
