Will these work in a plastic sterilite cabinet?

Worked in the furniture industry for a few decades. These type casters take a sleeve for the post shown to slip in and snap in place. I bought a set and the sleeves did not come with the casters which was ridiculous. To your point I would not use this type caster on a plastic cabinet. The type you want has a triangular shaped plate on top which will all you to use screws to secure to the cabinet bottom.
