How hard is it to install? Do I need tools?

Installation is completely tool-free. The pressure-mount design requires no drilling, no wall screws, and no special tools. Most customers complete setup in about 15–20 minutes by following the included instructions.

Which size should I get? How do I measure my opening?

Measure the clear width of your opening at its narrowest point, from wall to wall—not trim to trim. Then choose the gate size range that includes your measurement, and confirm the dimensions of your selected variation before ordering.

How stable is it? Can a toddler or dog push it over?

When installed correctly with even tension on both sides and the floor stabilizer in place, the gate is designed to handle everyday toddler pulling and moderate dog activity. Always check that all pressure points remain tight before use.

Is the auto-close reliable? How does the latch work?

Yes. The gate features a gentle auto-close function that swings the door shut and latches it securely. Its dual-lock mechanism is designed for convenient adult operation while helping prevent children and pets from opening the gate.

Will the pressure mount damage my walls? Is the aluminum strong enough?

The sturdy aluminum frame is built for everyday use. Included wall cups help distribute pressure and protect wall surfaces when installed correctly. For best results, use all included cups and tighten each pressure point evenly.
