There are roughly 7 cups worth of sugar sweetness in one bag. If you are using this for baking you will need to add erythritol for bulk since there will a lot less volume of monk fruit compared to sugar. If using to sweeten beverages you will not need to add any bulk. Hope this helps.

How does this one compare to other brands of pure monk fruit in taste?

It is 100%, so it tastes like monk fruit concentrate powder. Nothing like stevia or erythritol. It is more potent than the liquid drops form, IMO.
