I recently moved to the South and have had difficulty finding Almond Paste in my local grocery store. So I ordered from Amazon and I can tell you, this is the best Almond Paste I have used EVER. I make Madelines and my family immediately remarked on the fresh Almond flavor. The Madelines were gone in 2 days. The price is right on point but the quality is superior to other brands I have tried.

One Of The Best Almond Pastes Available
During the holidays is when I do the most backing, from rainbow cookies to cakes and so on, and it's hard to find a very good quality consistent almond paste that has a strong and aromatic taste and scent to it. And this one does, it completely enhanced the taste of the pastries that I made so much so that everyone was talking about it. The funny thing is that I used to pay double to triple the price for almond paste and the texture and taste and scent of this one beats those completely.

It is okay.
It is not quite as good as Mandelin Premium Almond Paste or Solo's Almond Paste. The best, however, comes from a Dutch bakery. But in a pinch, it'll work—just the opinion of a Dutch girl who bakes Christmas cookies and banket.
