Shield wire for guitars will usually have the term “braided shield” in the title.

can this be used as a bridge ground wire?

It can, but wouldn't be my first choice. It is a bit larger also so it may not go through the same wire tunnel that the original bridge ground wire was in. Depends on the guitar. I wouldn't use it for the bridge ground though.

Can this be used in restoration of a 1937 Zenith Radio 120v 15amp

This wire is for low voltage systems, you can search for 120v cloth - covered wiring, that would be the right wiring to use
