I am a huge fan of these beans. They make a wonderful soup. I'll be ordering these regularly.

I like this product because the beans are already sprouted. Makes it easy to cook.

I often have used sprouted beans for soup or stew, but these are not just sprouted beans, they are bean sprouts. They made a very different sort of soup, and my husband and I just loved it. I make a mung bean salad side for dinners, and I'm going to make it with these to see how well they work. I expect they will work even better than the sprouted mung beans I've been using.

Great product, you can tell the difference with the sprouted, in a good way. The lentils feels lighter and more nutritive. The only downside is,the price.

I used this product for soup. Healthy and delicious.

these are supposed to be sprouted some where but most of them were not. I cooked these for over 3 hours and they are still hard. I don't know if they are just old beans but this was very disappointing.

This is nicely, evenly sprouted. The benefits of sprouted, organic are evident. For me, I do not have the gassy stomach that usually ensues from eating beans. Thanks to the farmers and the people who sprouted. this.

Now, I'm asking myself why I made this purchase because it is so simple to germinate mung beans. Will it get old faster? Maybe they germinated it and then dehydrated it? I put it in the refrigerator. I would have liked it better (5 stars) is it had been vacuum sealed, otherwise I'm good on the quality. I read that pre-germinating takes away the lectins which beans use as a chemical weapon.

I love these sprouted mung beans. Well sprouted, very clean, carefully packaged. They are very fresh. They taste very good.

Always buy this at Wholefood Market. Perfect to cook with rice. Rich nutrition easy to cook!
