I was skeptical at first, but it actually works!
My friend recommended this eyelash perm kit saying that it curled her lashes for a long time. I was skeptical because it looked like just a few small bottles of liquid and it didn't look like it would work, to be honest. It was hard to get my lashes to stick to the lash pad. It took a couple of coats and a lot of time, definitely was not easy. When I applied the blue and yellow bottles on my lashes, my lashes came off the pad so I had to reglue them again. However, after going through the long process and cleaning the glue off, my lashes were actually curled! I wasn't sure how long it would last though. My friend said her's lasted 5 weeks before her lashes started straightening, but it has been 6 weeks and my lashes are still super curled. Just to note, I am not gentle with my lashes at all. I am pretty rough when I wash my face and take off mascara and it still lasted me 6 weeks, so I am honestly really amazed and happy with this product. It was definitely challenging to do alone, one eye at a time, and the product itself wasn't perfect, I would gladly take the time to do it again and again in the future to have my lashes permed at an affordable price.

Where has this product been all my life!?
Wow! Where do I start? Prior to the lockdown I had beautiful eyelash extensions and couldn’t imagine life ever not having them LOL. It was soo freaking nice to wake up and have your lashes on point. Well... since my favorite lash place was closed due to Gavin Newsom, I sadly had to watch as my last extension came off. Haha definitely a sad day for me. I tried learning how to do my own extensions, but that didn’t work out so well so I turned to strip lashes. Needless to say, it’s a pain in the butt having to make sure they’re glued on your eye and always having to worry if it’s about to fall off. That being said, I searched Amazon for an eyelash solution and came across this eyelash lift kit. Holy hell!!! So freaking happy I did. It’s literally a game changer for me. It’s a bit tricky at first to do on yourself so I did one eye at a time. The pic is from my first attempt, wish I would’ve taken a better before and after eye pic the second time. This stuff really works. The process is easy once you get it down and takes barely any time to complete. I did it over a month and a half ago and my lashes are still lifted. I’m so happy I found this product. I just wish I would’ve found it sooner! Lol it could’ve saved me all the time and money I wasted trying glue strips on 😂 I would definitely recommend this kit and will be buying more once mine runs out.

This works!!! Buuuut.....
First and foremost, this product is amazing! It curled my lashes extremely well and I would definitely buy it again in the future. I recommend it 100%. Although, my only concern and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of some irritation that the perm solution caused. I don't have sensitive eyes or skin in general so I wasn't too concerned when I read this could happen. I used the kit at night and woke up the following morning to one of my eyes being very puffy. (The other was completely fine; no irritation at all.) It wasn't a big deal and I used a cool compress for a little while and the swelling went down almost instantly. While I say this, it is important to note that it is very possible that I could have gotten the perm solution on my actual eyelid accidentally. This stuff smells and also burns if applied to the thin skin of the eyelid. This is NOT supposed to happen and I think it is definitely the reason for my eye irritation. So, I recommend some help while doing this. Lie on the floor and have a family member or friend help you out. Trust me, it'll make the process a whole lot easier. In conclusion, I'd say if you're looking for a DIY kit to perm your lashes for a reasonable price, definitely consider this one. It's a bit time-consuming but it's worth it in the end! Perm solution is perm solution and it's meant to permanently curl hair. It's not supposed to be on the skin. It totally makes sense that this would happen. If you have sensitive skin do a test spot first to ensure that you won't have an allergic reaction. Just be careful and everything will go smoothly.

First time eye lash lift on myself
I had been reviewing nearby businesses on yelp and discovered how expensive an eyelash lift is when you go to an esthetician. I finally found this on amazon and I was tempted to try it. I did have doubts about safety and especially the fact that I am not a trained professional, so this product sat in my wish list for a long time until I finally decided to buy it. I also was waiting for the right time because I had a feeling it would be a little time consuming considering it was my first time and I knew i would only be able to perform the perm on one eye at a time. The eyelash perm steps 1 and 2 had a chemical smell, but only one smelt sulfur-like. Otherwise the 3 other bottles smelt fine to me. The direction slip had fallen out when i opened it in my room so the first eye I did 5 mins perm time and it wasn’t enough. So i ended up doing 15 mins perm time on each eyelash set for steps 1 and 2 based on the reviews for this product. I watched youtube videos while i did it which really helped me. I thought the result was amazing and well worth it!!!!!!! I have straight lashes that face down so it was nice feeling confident with curled lashes all the time. I permed my lashes on 11/15/21 and it’s now 12/10/21. some of my lashes are still curled while some have started or already returned to my nahtral straight faced down lashes. I’ll probably wait until they all go back down until I perform the lift again. It was cheap and affordable. I wouldn’t share this with others due to cross contamination but if a friend of mine wanted to do this, I would willingly perform the perm if they bought their own kit! It’s only $24 before tax. I highly recommend this product for 1st time diy lash lift users.

Tedious work but results make it worth it. Lasted 6 weeks
UPDATE: my lift was awesome and lasted for about 5-6 weeks. I just re-did it exactly 6 weeks later and this time it was much easier to get the hang of it, and I did it all on my own. My new tip: cut the pieces of plastic wrap as small as you can so they don’t hang off your eyelid and they will hold the lashes down much better. ORIGINAL: I chose the 2nd to “tightest” curl pad, which means it was the 2nd smallest pad. It did take quite awhile, and I was so happy to have a 2nd person do it for me. We took turns and by far the hardest part is glueing the lashes to the pad before you apply the perming solution. It just won’t stick! I’m not sure if the glue is weak or what, but there was quite a bit of trial and error on this part. We found it best to let the glue dry a bit to get more tacky, hold the lashes down in place and quickly apply the perming solution and have a precut piece of Press n seal Saran Wrap ready to smack over it before the lashes pop back up again. We chose to wait the full 10 minutes for the perm step, and the full 10 for the next step (blue bottle). As I’ve just done this today, I can’t say how long it will lasts but I am so happy with the results. I’m going to let it sit for a day or so then dye my lashes for the perfect look. Cheers to looking feminine and cute even with no makeup on!

It Really Worked!
I have used this product two times now and I absolutely love it!!! I use a lash serum so my lashes are relatively long; however, they do not hold a curl with an eyelash curler and they were constantly growing in different directions - I hated it! I decided to try this out because it was pretty cheap and I thought what the heck. But it's amazing! There is a bit of a learning curve, my first time using it I did it right after waxing my eyebrows so it irritated my skin a little bit but that is just from user error. My second time using it however I am obsessed. I did it about two weeks ago and my lashes still look great, I don't even use an eyelash curler anymore. I prefer using the less dramatic curl (like M1 or M2) because I like the curl and I feel like I don't lose the length. Also, the glue in the kit isn't perfect but I've found if you apply it and let it sit for a couple of seconds and let it get tacky it will stick better. Finally, I did this on myself and was able to do it in about 30-45 minutes (definitely a little longer on my first try) but for sure do it one lash at a time! Overall, for the price, definitely recommend it!!

Issues with glue, but it still works alright!
The instructions clear enough for me to follow on the back of the box, but I had issues with the glue. First, I had issues getting the lash lift pad to stick to my eyelid. It tried to creep off many times throughout the process, which led to some minor flaws in the shape of the finished lashes. Also, gluing my lashes to the pad was a real pain. When I finally got them fixed correctly, applying both the perm and fixation solutions caused them to come off. I really had to babysit my lashed the WHOLE time. I tried using plastic wrap to keep my lashes on the pad, but even then they slipped and slid around. I used qtips and a lash tool to keep them pressed against the pad. Another issue was the cleansing solution; there just wasn't enough of it. I can not see this kit lasting for more than 3 uses. However, I will say that I am satisfied with the overall result of my lashes. I kept them dry for 36 hours and did not let anything touch them (even while sleeping) for that time. They are very lifted and curved to the point that I feel them right under my brow when I look up. My lashes were overly curled in spots and super straight in spots prior to this kit, so I am happy that my lashed look much more uniform now. I will update this review when I start to see the perm fail.

Not bad, beats salon prices
I have done my own lash lift before, so I came into this, knowing what I would have to do. That being said, with a number of reviews there were, and how high of a rating this had, I did expect all parts of the kit to work better than they did. The reviews about the glue are no joke, I did do my lash lift with the provided glue, and it worked 70% on one eye, and not at all on the other. I wanted to give this a chance with the items provided, and the glue definitely failed. Next time I do this, if I don’t buy a different kit in the meantime, I’m just going to use my eyelash glue to hold the pad down. I used the under eye pads to hold down my lower lashes per the directions, but I really don’t know that that was necessary. If anything it aggravated my eyes more, and the pad wasn’t even touching my waterline but my eyes were so irritated. I actually took them off and use them to hold down the eyelash pads. Directions were super easy to follow, I just wish that the glue included actually worked. I feel like my results are subpar, but I still saved some of the money I would’ve spent having to go to a salon to get this done.
