Very low volume on earpiece, can't hear the other party.****FIXED*****
The only problem is the earpiece volume, can't barely hear. Can't have a conversation. Unfortunately I found out that it is a known issue with this phone, after I got it. Other than that, the phone is great, but after all it is useless with this only problem. I am not in the US, so sending it back would cost me more that the original price I paid for the device... end of the story, I have no other option that keeping the phone and maybe only us it as a tablet.UPDATE: I had to access the engineer mode to increase the earpiece volume, now is acceptable, not as clear as other devices I've had, but works. I anyone has the same issue, it can be fixed by downloading a MTK app from google play. Go to MTK settings/swipe to the left until you find hardware testing and tab on audio/ do the following for both Normal mode and headset mode: Type, change it to SPH and SPH2, increase everything to 155 or 160 and hit SET. Once everything has been completed successfully, dial a test call, in the event that it does not work, reboot the phone and should work.UPDATE (Jan. 7, 2016) The phone works as expected, display is very bright and colors are very solid and vivid. Tried some 3D games such as Asphalt 7, Injustice God Among Us, Need for Speed No Limits and they run just fine, no lags or else. Asphalt 8 would freeze after importing my profile and Asphalt Nitro (9) runs slow and renderization is very bad. This is NOT a high end phone and should not be compared to a Galaxy, LG or HTC, multimedia is excellent, the big display is terrific. If anyone else needs higher or better performance, pay more and buy something better, this phone gives excellent performance based on it's price (I paid 79.99).More information (feb 23/2016): microphone and vibration stopped working out of the blue, no damage, it has not be dropped. a root integrity check shows that a file is missing. data wipe (pwr and vol. up) did not fix it. factory reset did not work either. I am going to flash the device and see if that works.28-mar-2016I had to open the phone and reinsert the flex for the mic. and vibrtation, easily fixed in les than 5 minutes. For advanced users the fine is good, for regular users (talk, text, web and chat) don't buy it.Battery performance is still excellent under heavy use, I get more than 12 hours of talk, data, streaming, games (heavy 3d games) and long HD videos.

Android 5.0 now available
Based on day 1 experience, I give this phone a 5 star rating. This is purely because I feel the balance of price and quality (so far) leave me delighted. The phone feels good in the hand. The screen is large and jaw dropping, just as a 6" phone should be and especially when upgrading from a 4.5" device. The resolution isn't the best out there, and when I look closely I think I can notice it. And lets be fair here, I really have to focus in on pixels to notice, and if I did that all the time I'd go blind! Colours seem fine too, vivid enough. What impressed me most was just how easy it is to type on this larger device. The keyboard is spaced out just that little bit more and I really notice the difference. It's a pleasure to work with.It comes with Kitkat 4.4 which is awesome (I really dislike Android 5 presently). You will need to run some updates out of the box so you've got the latest Gmail, Chrome and other apps. The SIM card slots are those big honking ones that were from phones 3-4 years ago, so don't expect your current SIM to fit straight in.Speed is okay. Its similar to my Nexus 4, maybe a tiny fraction slower, but the Nexus 4 moved along nicely for my needs. The micro USB charging slotdoesn't quite have that satisfying "click" that makes you feel like you are properly connected and charging... at least not on the first cable I used. The second one was fine.End of day one, I'm thrilled, but nervous. I feel like I just got a $500 phone for $150, but paranoid I will discover the reason why this phone was so cheap in the next day or two. *touch wood*Day 3 update:1. the micro USB charging "issue" I had turned out to be due to the cable I was using, so we can put that down to user error.2. Quadrant score was 7228 (my Nexus 4 scored 6932).3. once fully charged, I got 1 day and 10 hours of good usage out of it before I got 15% battery left warning.4. I have notice some screen sensitivity issues. I occasionally need to press the screen twice and feel something of a "blind spot" in part of the screen. Its occasional, not irritating yet, but something to monitor.General feeling after 3 days... still thrilled.Week 2:So I've now been using this wonderful device for two weeks, and I am still thrilled with it. The battery life is great, as you would expect from a 3000mAh. The call quality seems on par with my old Nexus. The screen sensitivity issue I noticed is real, and does take a little getting used to. It is not by any means frustrating or disruptive, but it does take a fraction of a second longer to notice a press. The CPU is pleasantly fast, but not mind blowing. I find the scrolling of web pages slightly jumpy for initial view, but then comes good, so I suspect its an internal caching issue or something to do with Kitkat. I've had two minor updates from BLU as well, so it looks like they are actively maintain the product. Lastly, for the nerds out there, I install a SSH client on the phone and the larger screen and keyboard mean that I can now perform highly technical tasks using Telnet while I'm on the road without needing my laptop. Granted, typing for long periods of time will be a pain, but for me, I am really appreciating the phablet form factor and getting a great sense of money.General feeling after 2 weeks: happy as a dog with two tails! :)Monday update:I went 2.5 days on a single charge over the weekend, with regular use. Still happy! Two months later:Android 5 update has been pushed out by BLU for this device. There is a minor issue with touch screen sensitivity. Occasionally the screen doesn't recognise the finger and the Google "swipe" keyboard gets what I'm swiping completely wrong. It's rare enough not to bother me, but common enough to report.Occasionally when I go to call someone, and press the number icon to enter a phone number, the keyboard does not come up. It seems to correct itself after about 30 seconds, but that is annoying. No major issues to report.

Budget Friendly phone with few Ups and Downs
First of all I can recommend this Product to those people who are looking for a big Hulk size screen, but don't want to spend much bucks from there pockets. Overall it's a good Phone, screen resolution is very Good. However because of less Memory and low processor values the response from few Applications is not as quick as you can see in other high end phones. Access to Google store and downloading of applications will be faster depends upon your network speed. The touch response of the screen is not so excellent, but it's ok.. sometimes the touch response will become inactive automatically when you are using it in long pressing modes(like in while playing moto related games). It's mandatory that you have to recharge your phone first, before switching it on after receiving it from the vendor. In my phone the default batter % is 0 and I charged it for 30 mins to activate the Phone.Camera Quality is Good, dual sim support and there is a free Memory card slot for extra Memory sticks. First thing you like in this phone is the screen resolution. Overall it's a good phone for bulk screen Lovers, but don't expect high level performance from this phone.
