**Q: How do you heat this wax? Microwave ? Steam? Hot water?**
A: I don't have a microwave. Instead, I use my small 18-liter oven to heat it. I place the jar on a plate and heat it in the oven at 100 degrees celsius for 12 minutes.
This has worked for me with all different types of wax in similar sized jars.

**Q: Any cheap alternatives for the applicators?**
A: Our applicators are on the way right now. Please do check Amazon within the next few weeks. Alternatively you could try a chopstick, cuetip, pencil (if you've got massive nostrils and a small pencil) or a small sturdy twig, but we can't guarantee results or your safety... If it breaks off in your nose then you'll look daft.

**Q: How do you heat it**
A: Put it in d Micro, on d side versus d middle. Heat for 128 seconds. Take it, stir how soft it is n continue to heat it until u get d right texture

**Q: to the seller I'm having troubles with finding the cotton ball and piece to this product , can you point me in the direction of finding it ?**
A: No idea what cotton ball ball you're referring to. This is a refill of the wax which requires applicators that are sold separately. Hope this helps

Absolutely effective at removing hair from the nose and ears. Everything is calm and comfortable as the warm wax soothes the insides of your nostrils and your ears, with promise of a painless hair removal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The SHII in Kenashii is real.

I'll be honest, this isn't the most comfortable thing I've ever done in my life. This is a review after using this product probably 4-6 times now. I actually rarely review things, but this was worth it. Okay, intro aside. DO NOT HEAT AT FULL POWER IN THE NUKERWAVE. Heat at like 50% power for 3m. Check it, swirl it (you may not even see any movement but there is a liquid magma inside), and throw it back in for another 1m-1m30s. At this point, it'll likely be slightly too hot. This is the time to go grab make yourself a drink and have a sip or two. By that time, it should be pretty darn close to cool enough. As it says in the directions THICK HONEY is the correct consistency. Too runny and it won't do anything as it won't grab anything and it'll harden near immediately. Too thick and it grabs nothing because it's already too cool to grab anything. I ALWAYS do the stuff and pull twice. I alternate which "part" of the inside of my nose I do (see photo). One nostril is getting the front inside and one is getting the back outside (again, view photo and this may [stress on may] make sense). Do not and I repeat do not pull it out before the 90 seconds are up as you'll end up with some small pieces in your nose and you'll have to go hunting for treasure with your finger or a tweezers later to remove them. I like to peel up (with my finger nail) the little bit AROUND the nostril as it is quite uncomfortable when you rip it off and it is stuck to you lip or the rim of your nostril. Then, as mentioned above, swap which "part" of the inside of the nostril you're ripping from and do it again. After you've done that, it'll feel amazing. That's it. Honestly, it's a GREAT at home and easy product to use. Oh, last thing, the photo with the knife it in... an explanation is in order. I wait about 3-5m after pulling it out and cut it off of the ones I just used and then reuse them. There is enough wax/material to want to reuse the sticks or you'll run out of sticks and have leftover wax. Okay, that's it. Just buy it, try it, breathe easy and don't have that itchy nose hair anymore. It's heavenly.
