But I’m really impressed with how versatile the bands are for use on other muscle groups.The e-Guide I got with the bands gave me loads of other ideas and I’ve found it to be really useful in doing resisted squats, push ups and kick backs. It just gives that little bit of extra resistance to make you push harder than usual. Even if you do buy this for pull ups my advice would be to get your money’s worth and see what other exercises work for you with it. Now comes the resistant bands the green ones are prefect for me. Straight away I can now do 6 x 5 sets.
