great and super fast thermal printer. so far good. could not get a better heavy duty fast machine

slow, nonreliable printer
I deal with these printers on a daily basis. I find them slow, non-reliable and burdensome to deal with. of the 9 I have on premise it seems like at least once a week one of them is acting up by not printing or not communicating with the computer. The weigh a lot (60+ lbs) so when it is not a simple fix they have to go into the shop. Lucky for us we have a reliable repair shop that we can take it to, I would hate to have to send these in every time we needed outside repair. (which seems like about 1 a month) if there was something better out there that worked with our programing I would gladly give it a shot..
