My back has never felt so good. I'm sleeping through the night without pain.

Reviewing ProAdapt 12" firm:Went to the local mattress store and tried lying on many different mattresses of all brands and price ranges. This and a hybrid firm by another company were by far the most comfortable to me. I went with this one, even though I didn't really want to spend $3000 on a mattress.In the store, this mattress felt like I was being transported to a magical realm of sleep. I was completely engulfed in a soft firmness cradling my entire body. The mattress that came from amazon is stiff as a board. I can actually feel pressure where I should be feeling relief at certain places in my body. I wake up with pain in my shoulders and lower back. I am waiting on a mattress topper, hopefully it helps. I would not recommend this mattress for any time of sleeper.

It’s like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend this bed, I have lower back issues and before buying this mattress my back would feel like I was hit by a car each morning. After sleeping on this mattress for 1 night my back was feeling great, now I’m back to running and exercising as I did before. Well worth every penny !

I really enjoy sleeping on this mattress. I wake up each morning refreshed and well rested. I highly recommend it.

I've purchased eight of these Tempur mattress in the last 30 years giving six of them away as gifts. Within Ten minutes after this one arrived I was on the phone talking to the manager at the Bedroom Store telling him there must be some mistake this bed is nothing like those that I've purchased in the past. This bed is worse than the one it replaced. Originally I paid $4000 for my first one and that was 30 years ago when they had a 20 year warranty. Then I replaced that one 10 years ago for $3800 with only a 10 year warranty. Now they give you a 120 day warranty and you have a 20% restocking fee if you’re not satisfied. Obviously because they’re in competition they have to use cheaper material. I was told by the bedroom store I need to give it 30 days before I could make a return. When it was purchased they said nothing about a 20% restocking fee when you’re not happy. That’s a new policy and I can understand why they don’t want them back. My experience is now you can no longer rotate the bed 90 degree when it starts to dip in the middle and you can no longer flip it over to use the opposite side as we always done with the other two. When my wife or I lays on the opposite side it sends shock waves like a tsunami across the bed when you get up or you lay down. That tsunami can be extremely violent as it awakens you. I’ve added an 18inch 60 degree angled firm pillow to help with my back which hasn’t given me trouble for 30 years until now. I read all the positive reviews on the Tempur web site and even here on Amazon and I sure that Tempur pays people to write them and they delete any negative reviews.

The media could not be loaded.  The best adult purchase I EVER made. I am so comfortable sleeping on this mattress every night, I’d buy it again in a heart beat. It’s durable and firm and I love the way my back and neck feel in the morning! Absolutely must buy!

I see a lot of bad reviews of this mattress and a lot of good ones. This is my experience with this mattress.The store one was the one I feel in love with. Laying in it, I sunk in a little bit was still extremely firm. I choose it even over the luxe & breeze model. My old mattress was $300 and 12 years old, had a slump after 6 months. The sells guy told me this mattress would never have that issue even after 20 years of use.Sold, it came in the same day I bought it. When I tell you this thing was a brick. It was a freaking brick, but for the first week, I feel right asleep and slept wonderful. But I waited and started having some back pain as a side sleeper. No matter how long I slept on the bed, it never got any softer and was extremely hot. To the point I was waking up in a sweat.I slept on it for a month deciding whether I should return it for a softer model. I did some research and found that walking on the bed would help soften it up and boy did that help. I started doing that every night and even had my girlfriend help me. Fun little bonding moments.The biggest problem I had was splitting my time between her & my apartment which allowed the bed to get extremely firm again. After getting Covid and multiple sicknesses. I had spent enough time on my bed that it started to soften up and started to sink in more like the one at the store. I solved the hot issue by using a lighter blanket and now the mattress is everything I love.But in all honesty, I would do the lux firm or medium pro adapt if I knew what I know now.Also I bought a mattress protector before the mattress arrived and has been on since day one. Still looks brand new.
