Natural looking foundation that can provide lighter weight coverage to medium plus coverage, as it is buildable. Easy to apply, nice matte finish. No real noticeable scent. Definitely helps acheive a great, soft look and it is very affordable too!

I enjoy the application, feel, & coverage of this foundation. Unfortunately for me, after about 5 hours (on a good day, most days less) the foundation oxidizes into a 2008 orange foundation. But I don’t believe it’s the foundations fault - it’s my skin chemistry & I’m working on using pH balancing products. Other than that, I would say with a great base, it looks very natural & lasts hours. I only experienced Cakeiness if I used too much setting powder - so now I just use liquid blush & setting spray! & it does not have a smell!

I've been searching for the perfect foundation for a very long time. I ask people for recommendations and it seems like every time I do that, somebody wants to sell me something from their home business catalog, or if you Google recommendations, you can tell they are just paid spammy blog posts that somebody wrote to drive sales for their products! I also find it frustrating that you can't trust Amazon reviews because people are getting free stuff to write reviews. Of COURSE someone says positive things about a free product. So let me tell you, this review is NOT being written by someone who got this free or discounted. I paid full price, which was less than $10. The low price actually made me slightly skeptical, but I'm really glad I tried this foundation and here is why: 1. I am very fair-skinned with pinkish undertones so most foundations are too orange for me. This is an exact match for my skin tone (Natural Ivory was the color I bought). 2. I hate spending a fortune on products from Sephora because, even though I have liked many of the products from that store, I use it up and then don't make it a priority to spend that kind of money again, and then the cycle starts over with a crappy foundation. 3. This foundation is LITERALLY as good as, or even better than, the expensive ones I used. HOWEVER the magic is in the applicator that you use! The first time I used this foundation, I applied it with my fingers and it looked seriously terrible! I could not figure out why anyone would like this product, but then I read that using a foundation kabuki brush will give you a more airbrushed look. I happen to own a brush from the Bare Minerals store, so I decided to try that. It worked wonders! Oh my gosh I love love love it! I get full coverage and a matte finish. This foundation goes on somewhat liquidy then turns into a powder texture pretty quickly. I thought it would make my makeup brush cakey but it's actually completely fine. I do recommend washing your brush once per week. I used to work in a day spa and we did this by spraying rubbing alcohol on a dry washcloth. Then, rub your brush in a circular motion on the alcohol-soaked area of the washcloth. Then, set your brush out to dry on a clean washcloth. If you get a kabuki brush with a flat bottom, you can just set it on your counter to dry. Again, I did NOT get a discount for this review. I paid full price for it. I just like the product so much I wanted to share my opinion with the world!

I love this foundation. The Maybelline Fit Me Matte is my go to every day. Since I started wearing this foundation, I get so many wonderful compliments; the color match of this product is amazing, it’s lightweight, and it makes my pores invisible. I never look dry, cracked, or overly made-up with this product. The consistency or the foundation is great, it’s never watery or overly thick. My skin never feels oily, and with a good skin care routine, my skin is never dry. I just ordered more of this product because I never want to find myself without it!

This is a great foundation, I have been using it almost as long as I have been using makeup. It doesn't cause lots of breakouts and it doesn't feel cakey or thick. It provides good coverage and normally color matches me great. I do have to switch between two colors depending on the season, but it is the one foundation I always come back to. It doesn't have a smell, and the size is decent for the cost.

Just thick enough to cover and not drip a whole lot and the colors are wonderful.

My makeup was discontinued so I tried something new. It’s hard to get out of the bottle and then it’s super thin and doesn’t offer much coverage. My old makeup covered the redness in my face and this doesn’t.

This foundation was just what I was looking for. This product is thin and easy to blend while giving good pigment, it feels like there’s no product on my face and it doesn’t look like makeup on the skin at all. You can build it if you prefer more than medium coverage. When building it doesn’t get cakey or heavy, it’s a natural everyday foundation. All I can say is if you have dry skin I do not suggest you buy this, it does stick to dry patches and can appear cakey if your face is dry. As long as you have hydrated/oily skin this works well. - someone with oily combination skin/large pores
