Waterman Hemisphere CT Fountain Pen Fine Nib-Matt Black (9000017106)

This pen makes me want to write.. Super smooth ink flow..it writes without the slightest of noise.. But it takes a few weeks of writing to bring the pen in top gear.. Need to clean the nib with a jet of water a few times in initial few weeks to get smooth ink flow. It used to be quite scratchy in the beginning, but after a couple of months, it just glides on the paper..like knife on melted butter.. Mine one is that smooth.. I just love writing with my Waterman.One tip.. Use a long cartridge and u can refill it with any ink of your choice using a medical syringe and needle.. Works great for me..one long cartridge lasts more than 70-75 pages..the converter that comes with the pen is such a pain..doesn't even last 15-20 pages. I have been using sheaffer skrip ink and am very happy with that.

Waterman fine nibs are a bit thicker than japanese fine nibs. Nib is very smooth. The pen is very light wt metal body, nice thin platic grip section, very comfortable for long writing.

Pen seems to be already usedIt already had a spot of blue ink on its nibWhile using also it’s not giving the comfort expected

Such a branded pen One of the best in fountain pens along with Shaeffers and when I received it poor packing was there and when I tried to write pen Started leaving multiple blank spaces again ,again ,again.till the time I just left it and used a different pen on work .This wasn’t expected from a Waterman’s pen ..

Pen looks premium.Flow of ink is smooth.But nib is not fine exactly.It is somewhere between fine and medium i.e. more towards medium
