Delivery was fast, had no issues assembling the rack, plugged directly into the tow hitch. It does or did rattle, but I purchased a clamp to keep the rack from rattling during driving. Adjustable to handle one or two bikes with ease. Like the fact you can tilt it down to get into the back of my SUV. Have used it for the past couple of months and no problems.

We got this bike carrier to transport a bicycle 500 miles. It is EXTREMELY sturdy, well made and very economical compared to everything else we saw on line. It is easy to get it on and off our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Altho we didn't need to tilt it down for access to the Jeep's rear cargo area, I'm sure this feature is handy for many users. No rattling when in use ! I highly recommend this bike carrier.

Overall this is a good bike rack. I have it installed on a Toyota Corolla which sits low so I have to go extra slow over speed bumps. Straps for bicycle came in box broken, frame came with rust already present. I am using a locking pin to prevent theft. The strap to go through wheels works. No reflective sticker included even though it is in pictures.

Lived up to the description...fit the FORD ESCAPE perfectly and holds two bikes as stated. Very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble and install, but that's where the good review ends. I was only holding one e-bike and nearly lost it several times while going down the highway at normal speeds. The couplers that you hang your bike are too loose and slide freely on the upper bars. There is no way to tighten them further without modifying them further. This causes your bikes to slide toward your vehicle and bang against the vertical bar of the rack itself, damaging your bike. The rubber straps are super cheap and quickly lose their elasticity. Also, unless they are stretched around a bike, they will blow off while you are driving. I considered getting hose clamps from the hardware store to hold them in place, but decided to throw the entire rack in the garbage where it belongs. If you're looking for a product that is trustworthy and ready for use directly after assembly, this product is not for you. If you like to tinker and are looking for a new project, then here you go.

This is the biggest piece of junk ever purchased. First of all, 10 minutes down the road with our 2 bikes on the rack, I noticed the bike rocking back and forth. I stopped and found that one strap had fallen off and that the plastic holder was cracked. I proceeded to a store and bought straps to hold the bikes on. By the end of the 1400 mike trip the bike rack was completely broke and all but one strap had made it home. Also the cheapness of this rack caused approximately $2000 dollars worth of damage to the back our our SUV by rubbing paint off. Now I’m 6 days past returning it. This company owes me

This is a very sturdy bike rack. However, the bike tie downs are flawed.3 of the 4 ties have broken. My bike fell off in transit when they broke. I would use additonal tie downs.The provided tie downs are not reliable.

Follow the video on Amazon and it's good to go in no time. The video shows a reflector on it but it actually doesn't have anything on it. I picked up a sheet of red reflectors on Amazon for under $7.
