Great sound
These things were a great replacement for my OEM JBL speakers. Had to extend the speaker adapter so it could it could fit with the logo right side up-ish. Definitely great value and they fit great. They sound great.

Replaced Speakers in my 9th Gen Civic LX
As my headline states, I have a 9th Gen Civic with base model features. Firstly, these are great speakers but compared to my OEM speakers these have more resistance (Ohm's) and as a result they require more power to get the same volume output. If you own the 9th Gen Civic, I've had to adjust my volume from 20 to 30 in my stereo settings. Not a bad thing, just something to take note of. Due to the separate tweeter being built into these speakers, there is better separation of high's, mids, and mid bass frequencies. These are not subwoofers though, so my car isn't rattling itself apart in the mid bass, I'm just saying there is an improvement from stock OEM speakers. My next project will be to replace the stereo to get the most use out of these speakers since the signal source (amp/dac) is the most impactful part of improving sound quality. Maybe in the future I'll add a sub to further separate the sound spectrum, but for now these are great. To that end, thank you for reading, hope this helps with your purchasing decision.
