Pretty thorough, it’ll take some getting used to. Going from book to book to do research. Very strange that this comprehensive world guide does not include Hanau pseudo marks. It does include some world makers marks but only a small selection per country. This could have been great (and for the money, it should have been) but it is lacking.....

I wanted this to be able to interpret silver marks, but I can't read it on my PC and more importantly on my Kindle! Returned.

Really useful, guide to World marks. Very helpful and at £30 was a fraction of the RRP

Meets my every need

Very little primary research undertaken for the British section of this book, most if not all the marks are lifted from other (better) volumes. Expected more new information much is outdated. Waited a long time for this to be released and was very disappointed, other far better hallmark books available!
